Not ringing on incoming calls.

Checked everything. restarted Mac, enabled/disabled, chose diff codecs, relaunched app with each change,.. simply won't activate the default ring or a chosen ring when a call comes in.
All other alert sounds work.

Eyebeam runs along side it, same server, diff SIP account and rings fine.

Anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same problem here. I am using Bria 3 on a Mac with Snowleopard. All audio devices in Bria are set to the Mac output and input devices but I can't here the phone ringing on incoming calls. However, when I click the "Play" button to check the sound for incoming calls, I am able to here the sound. Any updates on that issue?

Where are you at with this???? This is still a problem and it's the primary reason I paid $50 for Bria.
When will the update be out?

A month and a half after the previous response, just wondering when Bria 3 will start ringing on my Mac. I'm missing incoming calls, which means I'm missing opportunities. Between that ignored problem and the single registration on the Bria iPhone app, CounterPath products do some things well, miss other important features, and therefore are of questionable value. OT, but on the second point, the Bria iPhone app should at least allow storage of alternate registrations even if only one can be used. The iSIP app is much more friendly for multiple SIP accountholders.
