Obviously there have been some problems in getting things back up.
If it makes anyone feel any better, personally I feel awful about this... and the issue includes my personal phone.

Believe me when I tell you that we are doing everything possible to rectify the situation as fast as possible.

2. E-mail support and request a timed trial due to the situation.
