Over 7 Bria Phones Down...

All my Bria phones (over 7) are getting the same message when we turn them on. They were working fine until just a few minutes ago but now we have no communication!

The message says:
License Server Bad Data
The data received from the license server appears to be corrupted. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact CounterPath customer support.

Hope Derek is not gone for the weekend!

We have the same problem and over 100 computers. THEY better get this fixed soon.

Hi Guys

I have taken steps to contact the folks from the office in Vancouver. (I am based on Connecticut)
Please believe me that this bothers me as much as it does you.
If I had an "easy fix" button I would have pushed it two hours ago.

Please bear with me as I work to get this resolved.
