Would someone that is having this issue please try as a test only removing the CS-50 or other VOIP style headset for your configuration, using only the sound card and see if the ring returns to the selected sound device.

If that does not work, try setting the ring device to NONE and check use PC speaker.

Am using Plantronics 510 bluetooth headset. Latitiude E6400 with built in bluetooth, (Dell Wireless 370 minicard).
Other audio devices are ;
Bluetooth Handsfree Audio x 2
Bluetooth Stereo Audio
IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

Version 2.5.4 is not solving this issue

Add us to the list. Bria 2.5.4 will not ring the speakers of a HP DV6000 series laptop with a Conexant High Defininition Audo sound card. For what it's worth, the screen shot posted earlier in this tread may have a similar sound card.

This bug is now 2 years old and still no fix. I do not believe that it will be fixed. What do you think Derek?

The issue has been fixed for the 3.0 release.
There are no further bug fixes planned for version 2.5
